研一女舍地下室

IH爐借用時段：

上午時段 06:00-10:00

中午時段 11:00-15:00

晚上時段 16:00-21:00

IH Stove Usage Hours:
1. Monday: 17:00–22:00 (Morning and afternoon are reserved for routine
cleaning and maintenance)
2. Tuesday to Sunday: Breakfast time: 06:00–10:00, Lunch time: 11:00–
15:00, Dinner time: 16:00–21:00

研究生第一宿舍之住宿生使用。

團體包場以住宿組、各宿舍生治會等團體規劃之方案借用。
（一）個人登記：視當日借用狀況開放當天現場登記，每次登記依據IH爐開放時段借用。每一時段最多提供6組人（每組最多3位共同使用人）至傳達室登記使用IH爐。研一住宿生為主要登記借用人，共同使用人若為訪客需至傳達室辦理訪客登記。
 

（二）團體包場：須於預定使用日兩週前預約，繳交活動企劃書供宿舍輔導員審核，審核過程可要求補件或相關資料。

Only residents of the 1st Graduate Dormitory may use this space. Group
reservations are limited to activities organized by the Student Housing
Division, Dormitory Student Association, or other recognized dormitorybased groups.

(1) Individual Use: On-site, same-day registration is available based on
individual usage status. Up to six groups (max. 3 people per group) may
register at the front desk per time slot. Only the 1st Graduate Dormitory
residents may serve as primary registrants; non-resident co-users must
sign-in as visitors at the front desk.

(2) Group Reservations: Reservations must be made at least two weeks in
advance. A written event proposal must be submitted to the Resident
Director for review. Supplemental documents may be further required.

吃飯吧 Dining Hub

配有抽油煙機、IH電磁爐、烤箱、電鍋、廚房中島、家用雙門冰箱及餐桌區。

冷氣兩台（需借用遙控器）

Equipped with range hood, IH cooktops, oven, rice cooker, kitchen island, household double-door refrigerator, and dining area.

Two air conditioners (remote control must be borrowed).

門禁卡借用時段：

10:00-22:00

Shared Kitchen Usage Hours: 
● Monday:12:00-22:00 (morning for routine cleaning and maintenance) 
Tuesday to Sunday: 10:00-22:00
● The power outlets will automatically shut off outside the reserved hours
(10:00–22:00).


 

僅限研究生第三宿舍之住宿生本人登記使用。團體包場以住宿組、宿舍生治會等團體規劃之方案借用。

（三）借用人須至一樓櫃臺傳達室登記並換取門禁卡，首次註冊者須至輔導員辦公室或櫃臺加入LINE實名制群組並詳閱使用規範後簽署同意書。

Only registered residents of Graduate 3rd Dormitory may use the communal
kitchen. Group reservations are limited to events organized by the
Dormitory Section, Dormitory Student Association, or other dormitory-based
units.

(1) Individual Reservations: Same-day, on-site paper registration based on
availability. Student ID must be exchanged for an access card at the front desk.
Each session is for either Zone A (Cooking Area). A maximum of 2 groups per time
slot (1+3 people per group) may register. All users must be Dorm III residents.
Each session lasts 2 hour; extensions require re-registration.

(2) Group Reservations: Reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance.
A written event proposal must be submitted to the Resident Director for review.

(3) Borrowers must check in at the front desk. First-time users must visit the
Dormitory Director or Front Desk to join the LINE real-name group and sign the
kitchen agreement. Report irregularities or unauthorized users to staff.

女五交誼廳（附設簡易廚房）

設有電視機與跑步機，並配有抽油煙機、電磁爐、烤箱、電鍋、冰箱及餐桌區。

申請借用方式：
1.使用者請於二日前至兩週內上網登記，並填寫借用人及共同使用人資料。

2.使用二日前至兩週內可透過確認信之連結，更改時段或取消登記。二日內，僅可透過確認信之連結，取消登記。

3.每一時段最多可提供四位住宿生一起使用（包含借用人），且不論借用人（限男生舍區住宿生）或共同使用人（限本校住宿生），每日只限登記一個時段，每週至多登記三個時段。超過規定之借用次數者，輔導員將予以取消登記。

4.請依借用時段持學生證刷卡進入廚房，並於時段結束後30分鐘內上傳清潔後照片。借用人如有發現異狀或有他人占用，請通知輔導員或保全協助處理。

1.Users must complete online registration 2 days to 2 weeks in advance and provide information for the borrower and co-users.

2.From 2 days to 2 weeks before use, time slots may be changed or canceled via the confirmation email link. Within 2 days, only cancellation via the confirmation email link is allowed.

3.Each time slot allows up to 4 residents (including the borrower). Whether borrower (limited to residents of the men’s housing area) or co-users (limited to NTU residents), each person may register for only 1 time slot per day and up to 3 time slots per week. Registrations exceeding the limit will be canceled by the dormitory counselor.

4.Users must swipe their student ID card to enter during the reserved time slot and upload photos after cleaning within 30 minutes after the session ends. If any abnormal situation or unauthorized occupation is found, notify the dormitory counselor or security staff.
